Help is Our Main Goal
CIRTD is a non-profit organization, registered in the year 2000-2001 under the Societies Registration Act of 1860. As community based organization, it intensively works in 5 Blocks in Sundargarh district of Odisha state among the people of socio-economically weaker sections of tribal and agrarian communities with priority to the needy women, children, adolescents and youths. It puts focus on livelihood development on sustainable way.

Promotion Of Minor Millets
CIRTD has over 18 years of experience on working with tribal communities. It has gained knowledge and grassroots level experience in livelihood promotion, mainly, related to farming through the activities on capacity building, networking, project/ program planning, implementation, monitoring
Sustainable Agriculture
To achieve the objectives of increased agricultural productions, increased income and increased nutritional status of small and marginal farmers, a series of orientation and motivational camps, trainings, workshops, exposure visits, individual counselling, village level demo-shows have been organized.
Community Forest Rights
With an objective of reorienting the members of the partner communities to work with unity and integrity for protection and promotion of livelihood resource base, i.e., land, water and forests. Training on CFR process three times and follow-up meetings carried on with 156 participants.
