A group of educated, energetic cohesive friends with various socio-economic background met together time and again in a closed circuit to spend their time with a sort creative–entertainment.

By this process of such creative entertainment, debates and dialogues, the members knew about various aspects and around them as well. Then we started different programmes such as avenue plantation, blood donation, talent search Programme through Quiz, Debate with financial supports from Municipality, Sundargarh. These programmes brought rewards and recognition from various sectors of the community, which inspired the group to have a registered Organization with a view to reach greater reference group.

CIRTD has a team of educated personnel with diverse background of persons with complementing and experience. CIRTD programme staff have acquired extensive working on Rural tribal communities residing in our project areas who have number of problems to face and have gained and learned from each other while working as a team on various activities.
