CIRTD got a splendid opportunity to be associated with a pioneer organization “GAATW”. The amalgamation of both the people centric organization started a new chapter in the development of the community.

AIM & OBJECTIVE:

The aim & objective of the coming-together of CIRTD & GAATW are

• To develop the skills of women, children & adolescent.
• To spread the awareness to line with a vision to create a specific identity, dignity with self-respect in the village level.
• To check the migration of work force from the villages to different corner of the country, particularly the young girl.
• To make them believe that the women are contributing to the family in ways.
• To make the women feel that their job is no way small. Rather they should internalize that they can be the torch bearers of a holistic, social development.
